Zong Bet Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Casino Platform Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and Zong Bet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing Zong Bet at zongbet.biz and creating an account, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the platform.

Zong Bet is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games including Teen Patti, Baccarat and Roulette, and crash game titles. All services are offered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are intended for players located in Pakistan who are 18 years of age or older.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, promotional offers, the VIP Club programme, and all payment transactions. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register a Zong Bet account you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan;
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information;
• Not be currently self-excluded from Zong Bet or any related platform;
• Not have had a previous Zong Bet account closed for rule violations.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information submitted is truthful. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Zong Bet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Zong Bet reserves the right to retain a proportion of real-money winnings where duplicate accounts were used to gain an unfair advantage.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Zong Bet login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at support@zongbet.biz immediately. Zong Bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone. Any bets or transactions made on your account before you report a security compromise are your responsibility.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Zong Bet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driver's licence. Proof of payment method may also be requested. Account verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Pending verification, you may continue to deposit and play but withdrawals will be held until the process is complete.

3. Deposits & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Zong Bet accepts deposits via the following methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers may have their own daily or monthly transaction limits which Zong Bet cannot override. All deposits are credited to your Zong Bet wallet in PKR.

3.2 Deposit Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in almost all cases. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are typically instant. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours and longer on public holidays. Card payments are processed in real time through our secure payment gateway. If a deposit does not appear in your Zong Bet account within the expected timeframe, contact live support with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on Zong Bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion, no chip equivalent, and no hidden exchange rate. The PKR figure shown in your account balance is the exact amount available for wagering or withdrawal.

3.4 Prohibited Sources of Funds

You must only deposit funds that are legitimately yours and that originate from lawful sources. Deposits made using stolen payment methods, funds derived from criminal activity, or through third-party accounts are prohibited. Zong Bet reserves the right to freeze and investigate accounts where the source of deposited funds is unclear, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal from your Zong Bet account, navigate to the cashier section and select your preferred withdrawal method. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no standard withdrawal fee charged by Zong Bet, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Processing Times

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically 5 to 15 minutes after approval;
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes;
• IBFT bank transfer: same business day for requests submitted before 5pm PKT, next business day for later requests;
• Visa/Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing on all withdrawal requests. Zong Bet targets same-session withdrawal approvals for mobile wallet withdrawals during staffed hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Real-money funds deposited and not subject to a bonus may be withdrawn at any time;
• Zong Bet reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — funds can only be withdrawn to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All promotions offered at Zong Bet — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets — are governed by these general rules plus the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page for each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at Zong Bet carry a wagering requirement. This is the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g. 20x) is displayed on the Promotions page for each offer. Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports betting bets typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and some game types may not contribute at all. Check the individual promotion terms before claiming.

5.3 Bonus Claiming

To claim a deposit bonus at Zong Bet, make a qualifying deposit of the stated minimum amount. The bonus is credited to your account automatically in most cases; for some promotions a specific opt-in step or action is required as stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer — and unused bonus funds after expiry are removed from the account.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

Systematic attempts to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising risk ("bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — are prohibited. Zong Bet reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit related winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the Zong Bet sportsbook are subject to acceptance at our discretion. Bets are confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance. A bet that has been submitted but not yet confirmed is not a valid bet. Zong Bet reserves the right to decline or limit bets without explanation.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the Zong Bet sportsbook are correct at the time of display but are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new price or cancel the bet. We do not accept bets placed on incorrect or manifest error odds.

6.3 Event Settlement

All sports betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body for that sport or competition. For cricket, the official result as declared by the match umpires and the ICC or PCB applies. For football, the result at the end of 90 minutes plus injury time is used for standard 1X2 markets unless otherwise stated. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

6.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. For live in-play bets placed after the match has started, settlement is determined by how much of the event was completed at the time of abandonment, as stated in the individual sport rules.

7. Casino & Live Games

7.1 Game Fairness

All live dealer games on Zong Bet — including Baccarat, Teen Patti and Roulette — are operated by certified third-party studio providers. Dealing procedures follow independently audited protocols. Physical card decks are replaced on a scheduled basis. Crash game outcomes are generated by provably fair algorithms whose results can be verified by the player using the seed values displayed after each round.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or live stream disconnection during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to players. Zong Bet's technical logs are the definitive record of game outcomes. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable game error or malfunction will be voided and the bet returned to the player's account.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game and table are displayed at the table before you join a session. Zong Bet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. VIP Club members at higher tiers may have access to elevated maximum stake tables not available to standard accounts.

8. Responsible Gaming

Zong Bet takes its obligations around responsible gaming seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit;
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from Zong Bet for a chosen period;
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net session outcome.

These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, Zong Bet will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the platform. Any bonuses active at the time of self-exclusion will be voided.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

Zong Bet reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• The account is being used by more than one person;
• The player has breached these Terms in any way;
• Fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity is suspected;
• A chargeback has been filed by the player through their payment provider;
• The account balance may represent proceeds of criminal activity.

9.2 Consequences of Closure

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method unless the account was closed due to fraud or criminal activity. Where Zong Bet has incurred losses as a direct result of a player's fraudulent behaviour, we reserve the right to deduct those losses from the real-money balance before returning funds.

9.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@zongbet.biz. Your account will be closed within 72 hours of the request being processed. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method after KYC confirmation. Bonus balances are forfeited on voluntary closure.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by Zong Bet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Zong Bet collects personal data including but not limited to your name, CNIC number, contact details, payment information and betting history. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and, with your consent, marketing communications.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification partners is shared only to the extent necessary to complete the relevant transaction or verification. 11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast or otherwise exploit any content from the Zong Bet platform without prior written permission.

12. Liability & Disputes

12.1 Limitation of Liability

Zong Bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform, technical errors, delayed settlement due to circumstances outside our control, or any decision made based on information displayed on the platform. Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of your account balance at the time of the incident.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of your experience at Zong Bet, please contact our support team at support@zongbet.biz with full details. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing to our management team. Zong Bet's records — including game logs, transaction records and communication history — shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. By using Zong Bet you acknowledge that online gaming laws and regulations may vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any laws applicable in your location.

13. Changes to These Terms

Zong Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that affect your rights as a player, we will also send a notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Zong Bet platform after changes to these Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes come into effect.
